Building Layouts

Frostfest will be held in the Exhibition Hall at the Richmond Raceway Complex facility. It features a huge sales floor, a full service concession stand, and an “Eyeball QSO Lounge” in the front lobby where you can swap war stories with friends, or just take a break.

You may view the table layout for Frostfest by clicking the link below. A new PDF file is generated automatically each time you visit this page, so that recent table purchases will be displayed on the floorplan as soon as they are processed by the Frostfest team.

Tables shown in white may still be available for sale – if you would prefer a specific location, please be sure to specify the tables you would like by providing those table numbers in the Table Number Request field when you purchase your table(s).

The upper floor of the Exhibition Hall (which is accessible via either stairs or elevator from the lobby) hosts our forum space. This facility includes a spacious seating area, a large stage, an audio system, and video projection facilities. This area will be used to perform technical demonstrations, present slideshows, and hold meetings for large groups – please visit our Meetings and Forums page to see the list of scheduled presentations, or to register for a spot on our schedule.

Our VE Testing will also be held upstairs in the Exhibition Hall. For more information about amateur radio testing at Frostfest, please see our VE Testing page.
