Tables for Non-profit Groups

Update: As of January 3, 2020, all of the Non-Profit tables have been claimed for Frostfest 2020. We look forward to seeing you all at the show!

Frostfest offers a limited number of tables for ham radio affiliated groups that are non-profit in nature (not necessarily 501(c)3), and who do not intend to sell any goods or equipment at the show. These tables are intended to allow organizations such as MARS, local ham radio clubs, SAR groups, etc., to showcase their organizations, raise awareness, and to solicit membership. You will need to contact us early to reserve one of these tables, as they are assigned purely on a first-come first-served basis (and they disappear quickly!).

We have just a few rules regarding these free tables:

* Group tables are reserved for those organizations that are specifically related to amateur radio.

* The sale of goods or equipment from Group tables is not permitted. Collection of donations, and membership-related transactions, are encouraged! (If you’d like to sell surplus equipment, hats, t-shirts, etc. to raise funds for your group, no worries, we’ll be happy to sell you one of our general sales tables instead.)

* As with all of our other tables, electrical service is available at Non-Profit tables for a small fee.

* Admission to the event is still required for anyone 18 or over who will be on-hand to support your table.

If you have any questions about Group tables at Frostfest, feel free to contact us anytime.
